At Tow Forge, we specialize in heavy-duty trailer and towing components. To ensure reliable, fully trackable delivery for parts of all sizes, all orders are shipped exclusively via UPS.

Where We Ship

We proudly offer free shipping to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to residential and commercial addresses across the United States.

At this time, we do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses.

Free Shipping

All orders placed with Tow Forge include free standard shipping. There are no hidden shipping charges added at checkout.

Order Processing & Handling Time

Handling Time:
All orders require 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday) to process, pick, and pack before they are handed off to UPS.

Order Cut-Off Time:
Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (MST). Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next standard business day.

Transit Time

Estimated Delivery:
Once your order leaves our facility, standard transit time via UPS is typically 5 to 7 business days depending on the delivery destination.

Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional transit time depending on carrier routing and weather conditions.

Heavy & Oversized Shipments (UPS Freight)

If your order contains oversized or heavy-duty items (such as complete trailer axles or large 5th-wheel hitches) that exceed standard parcel limits, it will ship via UPS Freight on a pallet.

Delivery Appointments:
For oversized shipments, UPS will typically call the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window.

Commercial vs. Residential Deliveries:
Deliveries to commercial addresses with a loading dock or forklift are highly recommended. Liftgate service may be required for residential or non-dock deliveries.

Inspection Upon Delivery:
You must inspect your freight shipment for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If the item is damaged, please note the damage with the UPS driver, refuse the shipment if necessary, and contact us immediately.
